Position Summary
Boutique branding agency seeks marketing professional with exceptional communication skills to assist with client communication, project management, creative concepts, social media content and monitoring, and the daily operations of the agency.
Responsibilities
- Schedule content and monitor social media activity for several Electrum Branding clients
- Research industry related topics and write industry-related blogs
- Assist in trafficking and supporting all client projects
- Serve as liaison between creative services, account services and clients
- Manage multiple databases
- Manage vendor relationships including printers, office suppliers and digital advertisers
- Obtain print quotes and coordinate print projects
- Proofread all materials
- Communicate effectively with clients via email
Software and Programs Used
Microsoft Office, Constant Contact, MailChimp, Survey Monkey, Hootsuite, all social media.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Experience in digital marketing and social media including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, general marketing knowledge a plus.
Critical Skills
Excellent oral and written communication, research and trouble-shooting skills. Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
