Hicks joined the agency in 2006 and has been responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring projects are on schedule, staying ahead of marketing trends, and contributing to the agency’s creative portfolio. LaBadia has been with the agency since 2010 and has used his creative and technology skills to expand the agency’s services and to establish Electrum Branding as one of the top web design companies and one of the top creative agencies.  Schlafer will remain as CEO and sales and marketing strategist.

“At an agency of our size, we each wear a lot of hats and not one of them is a crown,” says Electrum Branding Founder and CEO Ellen Schlafer. “And although we value talent, passion, and commitment much more than titles, Roger and Tom have clearly earned the respect these titles afford. Their contributions to Electrum’s success and our clients’ satisfaction are immeasurable.”
