
The Situation
A South Florida community bank rolled out a new online service, LockBox, that assists businesses in managing payments. The bank had identified property management companies as strong prospects for this bank service.
The Challenge
The bank had little or no name recognition in general and were not known as a provider of this service with this industry.
The Solution
Electrum had the bank identify specific property management prospects and they provided us with a list of 19. Electrum then created a creative, personalized “Interruption” box to mail to each of the key contacts. The plan included a sales blitz and the goal was to land four new accounts.
The Results
Before the bank had an opportunity to follow up, they received calls from three prospects. After follow up, they established seven new property management relationships.
